Debtor was a financial advisor who had misappropriated money from his clients pensions, and we represented on of the Client’s pilfered pension plans. After 10-15 levies were unsuccessful, we located property in an LLC which was up for sale, and immediately put liens on the LLC as well as the proceeds from the property sale. We ultimately recovered the full judgment ($430,000.00+)
